1. Eligibility for Returns
Consumers (EU Customers)
In line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
However, due to the liquidation and wholesale nature of our products, certain items are excluded from returns (see Section 3).
Business Customers (B2B)
Business purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
2. Return Conditions

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
